Only worked well for less than 1 year

I bought two of these products in July 2019. While the phone stand and cup holder base are pretty solid, charging hasn't been working properly for just under a year - it only charged my iPhone XS Max intermittently. I identified the problem as a faulty connection cable (Type C - USB connector). Where can I buy a replacement Type-C cable connector (USB port)? Can I order it from the seller?
