Not only did the chair look good, it was comfortable. The design of the chair is very professional with a plaid pattern and a memory foam cushion designed for maximum comfort. The chair is very easy to set up - about 30 minutes. Two improvements are needed in my opinion: armrests and a wired back massager. While the armrests are adjustable, they don't move back far enough when the chair is tilted, leaving your elbows unsupported. A back massager is a great addition, but it needs to be cordless. Sometimes I forget that the massager is connected to my laptop and things fall off when I rotate. A little awkward, but overall a great chair. Finally, the estimated delivery time for this chair was around 2 months. However, it arrived in less than 2 weeks. So that's a plus.
