Very happy with this chair and it is quite easy to assemble. The instructions were easy and I was able to do it myself without anyone else's help. really comfortable, my only recommendation is to measure the height of your desk to make sure you can get close enough. Everything on the chair is fairly adjustable and the massager isn't bad! My only complaint was that one of the holes was missing a screw thread. but mistakes still happen for me 5 stars.

Wheels not turning very smoothly. I found that this chair can be extremely difficult to move around on a hard mat, the wheels don't spin or roll very smoothly. And the way it's balanced it can tip over a bit if you get stuck on something. The leg extension works and recline is easy and feels a lot firmer than I expected. Not only did the chair look good, it was comfortable. The design of the chair is very professional with a plaid pattern and a memory foam cushion designed for maximum comfort. The chair is very easy to set up - about 30 minutes. Two improvements are needed in my opinion: armrests and a wired back massager. While the armrests are adjustable, they don't move back far enough when the chair is tilted, leaving your elbows unsupported. A back massager is a great addition, but it needs to be cordless.
