Review on Blue Whale Thickened Adjustable Ergonomic by Karen Washington

Beyond Great Customer Service

After much research I chose this chair for my home office. It had everything I needed: adjustable armrests, footrest, incline, metal base, wide seat, and a significant weight limit (I'm only 230, but I was looking for something that could hold a decent weight for durability). .I received the chair and the assembly is quite simple and straightforward. The instructions are clear and show step by step. The chair is heavy and looks well made. Those who have complained about the armrests moving from side to side have never used an ergonomic chair. My office chair is an expensive ergonomic chair and the armrests move just like this chair. After the first day, I noticed that the chair was tipping slightly to the left and forward. After checking all the attachment points and the cylinder, and spending a few more days in the chair, I was positive the chair was tipping. This was also confirmed by the fact that my back started to hurt due to the incorrect angle. I contacted the seller, explained the situation and asked if there was a way to adjust the chair beyond what I had already done. The seller responded promptly and politely and a good dialogue developed. Ultimately the seller was unable to offer a way to fix the slope but took great care of me and I am completely satisfied with the result. It would have been a five star chair if it weren't for this annoying defect but due to the seller's outstanding customer service I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a quality chair to try Blue Whale, especially ones that are larger (big and big). /or wide).
