Wheels not turning very smoothly. I found that this chair can be extremely difficult to move around on a hard mat, the wheels don't spin or roll very smoothly. And the way it's balanced it can tip over a bit if you get stuck on something. The leg extension works and recline is easy and feels a lot firmer than I expected. The building instructions are ridiculously bad, takes a lot of guesswork and I hope you get it right. I ended up having to take a piece back off to redo it, which wasn't too bad since I was using the drill a second time. I really hope this faux leather lasts, my last stool started delaminating in less than 2 years.
