Let me start by saying that we know how to install these items as our original items from 2000 Moen are in place today and have never been pulled out of the wall! If I could give ZERO stars I would! I bought a toilet paper holder and a towel ring. Attempted to use the "Press and Mark" toilet holder three times. The screw holes are so close together that a whole piece of drywall would pull out of the wall and fall on the floor each time, which meant a lot more work for me to patch and paint and find another place to hang. My husband is an engineer and said it was bullshit and terrible design. I have a towel rack but I'm not even going to hang it up. The return date has already passed because I had to put the project on hold for health reasons. Now I'm stuck with a toilet paper holder and a towel holder that I can't use and I've lost $74! I felt compelled to write this review so that others would not be in the same situation as me.
