Review on ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Mount-It! Sit Stand Desk Converter: Ergonomic Height Adjustable Tabletop Standing Desk with Gas Spring, Compact Desk Riser MI-7916, Black Stand by James Duffield

Small area, big benefit!

Installation was a little tedious, but all necessary parts and tools were included - assembly took about 15 minutes. I attached a separate dual monitor mount (not included with this desktop converter) that had to be adjusted off center due to the lifting mechanism, but I'm not concerned about that at all. I like that it takes up less desk space so I have room for my other stuff. (I don't have any other shelving or storage space, so I need all the desk space I can get!) The pad itself is solid, so as a heavy typist, wobbling is minimal. I've attached a picture of the fully lowered and raised to the end. As you can see in the fully lowered image, part of the keyboard sticks out a bit, but I have enough room behind my chair to move backwards, so it doesn't bother me. I'm 5ft 11" and my current desk is 28" which is enough for me when the device is fully raised. If my monitors were on their normal stands, it would be too short. So far, I am very satisfied!

Pros
  • DESK SPACE - The 16" x 23.5" top platform and 12" x 27" keyboard platform provide plenty of space for laptops, keyboards, mice and other office essentials.
