A great thing for those who interfere with the legs of the monitor, it frees up a significant working space on the table. The disadvantages are mostly aesthetic in nature, but in general, I was satisfied with the purchase. Has pros: Two options for attaching to the table, plastic washers for separating the monitor body from the mounting plate, special hooks for laying wires, keys for assembling the bracket. Cons below: Screws for mounting the monitor, with a head smaller than the diameter of the holes on the mounting plate and not the same color as the bracket.
