Bought this drill a few months ago. I drilled through the wall to move the switch. I started the drill and it kept turning off. I couldn't understand. I swapped out the batteries for new ones, but it still turned off for me. I looked at the instructions, there's a shut-off clutch in case it gets stuck so I don't throw up out of my hands. "Well, that's stupid," I said to myself. So I switched this sucker to low (which has no safety feature). I start the drill and then of course it hits the same nail I hammered into. let me tell you When this drill flew out of my hand, it hit me so hard in the face that I tore my eye socket. This exercise cost me nearly a thousand medical bills and put me out of a job for a month. and bought one for my competitor.
