I bought a medium sized navy blue peacock and it was advertised as chiffon. The first one I got was more like tulle, slightly shiny and very stiff. My black and white petticoat is made of soft chiffon, rather opaque. The second one I ordered just arrived and felt the same. It's very scratchy and also has 5 yards more fabric than my other Samanthas. I contacted the company any way I could and they told me that Samantha is all chiffon and they told me that I needed to take photos of the tags. I was very upset at the indifference they seemed to show to my disappointment. I have circled the description in red, which shows that the item is made of two fabrics. If you look at the first stock photo, you will see that the petticoat is made of chiffon, but if you look at the photo of the model in such a skirt, it will be fuller and more shiny. It's crystal, not chiffon. So here I am with my second Malco Modes petticoat in the wrong fabric and all I got from the company was "you can return the product". used in all advertisements for their products.
