Very Sturdy! in my review
I've been using the balance trainer for 7 months now, and it has held up extremely well! I haven't had to re-inflate it or had any other issues. I can't speak to the straps as I don't use them. I use the balance trainer to do sit-ups because it keeps my back safe. Very nice product for a nice price!
