This is definitely a great idea and keeps the baby in the diaper effectively. However, it wraps around the child so often (which is very important that the child does not escape) that it is quite warm for the child. I could customize what she wore underneath so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. However, my biggest concern is that the material can easily lift and close the child's mouth. It's okay to wrap and leave the baby, but when you have to hold, walk, weigh, or feed the baby, they quickly become unsafe. I kept trying to fold the front fabric so it didn't touch her face. I tried to tighten it up, loser, twisted the flaps. Nothing improved the situation. Maybe it's the material used and something more elastic would be safer? While I'm great at swaddling a baby safely, I've definitely stopped using it because I had to keep making adjustments to keep it from getting on the baby's face. I still haven't found the perfect product for my child but now we use Swaddleme capsules with the greatest success and are not afraid to choke.
