Loved the mug - perfect for the friend I bought it for. The box was just adorable but the Revain packaging ruined it all. Revain's description says "Comes with a matching gift box". Well, you certainly don't expect them to use tape to keep the top from coming off! It's amazing that he came to my house unharmed. The envelope it came in was only lightly stuffed. Revain packs absolutely unbreakable items in large boxes surrounded by all kinds of protection. The top of the box had to be secured with something removable like a rubber band, then the box was wrapped in bubble wrap and then shipped in another box. Really sucks!
