I use this stationary unit and do not need wheels. The screws were very, very difficult at first, I had to shave some paint and metal off. Since I don't need it to move, I didn't even have to use screws. It's super strong without! They are not needed. It's almost like tent poles, they just fit together. If you don't want to roll around this would be excellent. I'm not so sure about the rotation. Or if you plan on having heavy items, this might not be for you. I keep laptops on the top shelf and office supplies on the bottom two which is perfect for my needs. If you are planning to use this for a utility cart I would suggest a more expensive and durable product.
