They only perforate lightweight paper, not cut out paper. I'm not very happy with them, I rarely use them.

Hole punches are so powerful that they require a lot of pressure to cut through even thin paper. The only thing that works well is the leaf. I'm thinking about bringing her back as I'm not weak and need to put a lot of pressure on. The thickness of the paper must be very thin so that it can be punched through.
