Review on Billion Dollar Brows Universal Eyebrow by Nicole Baca

This is my favorite eyebrow pencil. I am a stylist and have used it on all skin tones. It really suits ALL (even redheads!). It's easy to apply as the pencil is soft enough to draw cleanly but waxy enough to stick for a while. It's a more subtle color. So if you want a really bold line or color this might not be for you, but for my blonde hair/dark brows this is about as bold as my face can handle. Also, a pen for all my clients to have on their faces after waxing is a godsend.
