I got my first billion dollar eyebrows as a Christmas present. I have dark almost black hair and use it with no problems. I also applied it to my sister's eyebrows and it even worked on her even though she has blonde hair. So I think this can work for different hair colors, but it's important that you gradually increase the amount of color based on your hair and skin tone. This is my favorite eyebrow pencil. I am a stylist and have used it on all skin tones. It really suits ALL (even redheads!). It's easy to apply as the pencil is soft enough to draw cleanly but waxy enough to stick for a while. It's a more subtle color. So if you want a really bold line or color this might not be for you, but for my blonde hair/dark brows this is about as bold as my face can handle. Also, a pen for all my clients to have on their faces after waxing is a godsend.

I will never buy again. I have light brown eyebrows but black roots so this color suits me perfectly. It goes so smoothly that I haven't found another one, I can compare it too. I checked when I last bought my other one and it was over 3 months ago. For someone who uses it almost daily, it took me a really long time.
