Review on Billion Dollar Brows Universal Eyebrow by Melissa Kula

I will never buy again. I have light brown eyebrows but black roots so this color suits me perfectly. It goes so smoothly that I haven't found another one, I can compare it too. I checked when I last bought my other one and it was over 3 months ago. For someone who uses it almost daily, it took me a really long time. Billion Dollar Brows sells them for almost $20 on their website, so getting them at Revain was a great deal. I was afraid that I would receive a defective product, but it didn't work! Thank you Rewin!
