This is not surgical steel as advertised/described. I wore a pair during the day. I put them on in the morning after showering and at night my ears were very itchy so I washed them very well in the shower at night. I got up the next morning and my ears were worse and anyone who has had their ears stretched knows that awful smell when you have bad tunnels. I took them out, cleaned my ears very well and let them breathe for a day. When I took a closer look at these tunnels, they were rusty. I was mad. And I don't even get my money back. Find out. Don't waste your money or time.
