Review on BENICCI by Edward Gordon

My interactions with BENICCI Company have been nothing but frustrating. As someone who uses art supplies on the regular, I was eager to check out their offerings; unfortunately, I've been disappointed thus far. To begin with, the merchandise I got was of low quality. The paints were old and useless, and the fabric I bought had a rough texture, so I was unable to complete the painting I had envisioned. I called their customer care line and was given an unhelpful and condescending response to my complaint. They didn't have any suggestions for how to fix the issue, and they didn't seem to care about how I felt about their goods. Shipping took longer than anticipated, and the product wasn't properly packaged. When my shipment eventually arrived, the products were damaged from inadequate packaging, so I had to send them back and get my money back. My time spent with BENICCI Company was generally unpleasant and unsatisfactory. Both the quality of their goods and their assistance to customers were low. If you need good creative materials and dependable service, look elsewhere.
