I bought these ears to replace the sennheiser 215 2, the cat "contributed" to the purchase, chewing the cable. Although the Senkhs have a removable cable, I decided to replace the ears themselves . Having shoveled a mountain of information, I settled on these Sonya. The first impression after the senkhs is that the sleepyheads are noticeably smaller, they put a little more pressure on the ears, not the entire auricle fits (well, it can only be so for me, because my auricles are not the smallest). The sound is wonderful, all the instruments are heard exactly as they were recorded. If there are flaws, you can immediately hear it. Mp3 in such ears is better not to listen, flac is preferable. Rock and metal in these Sonya sounds great. In a word, if you want high-quality sound for little money, take the Sony MDR-7506 without hesitation.
