Makes a soft cup of tea

Bought for work, all ok. I heat filtered water in the microwave, pour it out and let it steep for a minute or two. I can also heat water in a small saucepan in the microwave and add ground coffee, but I ideally pour it over the ground coffee. The press fits well and I get no coffee at all. It's very easy to clean. The coffee is so good it's worth the effort.
