Excellent quality for the price, well suited for a small wrist.
I bought a Hadley Roma strap to replace the strap on my wife's watch. She is enthusiastic about the quality and fit. She has a very small wrist and the bracelet fits her perfectly. The delivery was quick and the packaging was great. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it doesn't include new work stands.
