I have very bad plantar fasciitis on my feet and bought this.
I have very bad plantar fasciitis and bought this ball to roll my arches in the office when my feet hurt. The ball is softer than other field hockey balls I've owned, but still stiff enough to roll your foot and use your full body weight without breaking under pressure. The nubs make it easier to grip when I roll my foot. If you are looking for a good football I recommend it.
