I bought this after lots of research and reviews and I'm so glad I did. I was trying to restore the moisture-lipid barrier on my face and I needed a cleanser with the right balance to help with the process. Washing with the Vanicream cleanser is great because it removes things like sunscreen and light makeup, but doesn't leave your skin stripped or stretched. It is "unscented" but has a slightly medicinal odor. It's not that bad, but don't expect it to smell like absolutely nothing. In terms of consistency, many mild detergents don't suds, but this does suds. It's actually more of a foam than a bubble foam. I will attach a photo so you can see how it is in the bottle and after washing with it. Overall I would recommend this purifier to anyone and everyone and give it 10 stars if allowed. It helped restore my skin to health and made me realize that harsh/abrasive cleansers are not required to get the job done!
