This shipment was disappointing. The product looked fine when it arrived, but no matter how hard I twisted, the product didn't come out of the tip as the instructions said. After who knows how many revolutions, a small ball of a greyish-greenish substance came out. That happened twice, nothing more. I decided to use pliers to take it apart to examine it. Of course that was all! Barely lasted 2 uses of something that looked old and rotten. Super disappointed to say the least. The only return or exchange option is that I have to go to the UPS store to return the trash. I write it off as a loss. Not trying unnecessarily to expose myself to postal waste during a pandemic.
