This product claims to reduce dark circles under the eyes within a week. I've been using it for more than a month and the dark circles still haven't gone away. Unfortunately, this particular Neutrogena product is still not working for me.

I used this a few years ago and loved it! The only reason I stopped was because I didn't know what to look for or where to buy as I ran out of the pen when I got a used pen and the markers were worn off the pen. I got mine in the mail today and I'm so excited! I put it on and immediately felt the difference and remembered why I loved it so much before. Puffiness, wrinkles and darkness are gone!

This Stuff is Amazing! It brightens under-eye circles that make me look old and tired. I've always been dark in color, even before I started aging. This stuff makes my eyes light up and makes me look awake! I really liked the small applicator handle - even a small product lasts a long time with it!

This shipment was disappointing. The product looked fine when it arrived, but no matter how hard I twisted, the product didn't come out of the tip as the instructions said. After who knows how many revolutions, a small ball of a greyish-greenish substance came out. That happened twice, nothing more. I decided to use pliers to take it apart to examine it. It really worked! And fast. I think I've used it 10-15 times in total and my dark circles are almost gone. It's easy to use and I notice a big difference! I have no makeup in the photo. I've never used it, but believe me it was bad.

This product did not work for me or my family who tried it for 2 weeks. It's heavy and oily, you can tell that something has been applied under the eyes and indeed the skin under the eyes is sagging. I switched to Neutrogena from Oil of Olay and love their products; However, this failed.
