Review on IceUnicorn by Kevin Robinson

Unfortunately, I had a less than positive experience with IceUnicorn, a firm that sells women's apparel, shoes, and jewelry. The reality was underwhelming despite their appealing website and assurances of high-quality merchandise. The first problem I had was with the caliber of the goods I was given. The shoes and apparel were shoddy constructed and disintegrated after only a few uses. The jewelry was not at all what was depicted on the website and appeared to be of low quality. Additionally, it was challenging to order the right size due to the inconsistent shoe sizes. I made an attempt to speak with customer service about these problems, but received a mediocre response. I was frustrated and unsatisfied since they were unresponsive and unhelpful. Additionally, IceUnicorn's pricing were higher than those at other websites selling comparable goods. The prices appeared excessive given the subpar quality of the goods and the poor level of customer service. Overall, I would not advise customers to purchase from IceUnicorn. Their prices are extremely exorbitant for the poor quality of the goods they are selling, and their customer service is ineffective.
