Was hoping for dress material.
Not as fluffy as picture shows. T-shirt/pajama matietal. The belt buckle is a patch sewn on. Everything else is already on fabric. Cow print keeps turning, 2 button closure at side on neck. 100% cotton. Best to dry clean tag states. Got a tutu for underneath to liven it up a bit. Hopefully it will last the night of Halloween and school party.
