I need a bag that works, I want the bag to look good. Unfortunately, this bag doesn't work the way I want it to. Additional small pockets for small notepads, pens and calculators should be easily accessible from the outside of the bag instead of hiding in the main pocket halfway up where there is no light to see the exact pen you want. The straps are sewn too low on the flap and too high on the inside. The problem is that if you don't fill this bag to the brim, it sags outwards and feels like everything is pouring out of the bag, and it also looks very sloppy when worn. The laptop bag has a strange velcro closure at the top. The strap material doesn't match anything else in the bag and sticks out like a sore thumb, I assume this was an afterthought during the design process. The look of the bag when not in use draws attention and compliments, but it just doesn't function properly. I think it's up to you that you need more.
