The platform is very intuitive even when I am not familiar at all using computer technology but once my team got used they were able have great success in their day jobs doing what we train them do best; talking directly wit our clients so that they can get better service/sales results quicker than ever before possible!! There are some minor bugs here &amp there which makes things take longer time sometimes (minutes) then usualy seconds if any thing).

But overall this software has been amazing tool because its helping us solve problems faster without having too much stress over training people how computers really works like most companies require nowaday's world where tech skills should be mandatory.
