I'm giving them 1 star because this is my 3rd pair. The last two pairs lasted a little over a year. After one year there is no guarantee. I used my first pair every day for work and they eventually died after a year. If I kept my phone in my pocket my music would go on and off. I have to leave my phone for them to work 100%. I used the second pair several times a week when chopping and chopping wood. This lasted for a year and several months, after which the left earpiece stopped working. Now this is my third pair and I hope they have turned up the quality. If that doesn't last, I'll stop buying from Tunes. Both pairs stopped working immediately after the warranty expired. I even contacted Isotunes and they said there was nothing they could do about it.
