The shelving option I bought was over my main toilet. There were two shelves, both above and below (there is a small heated towel rail below). The bottom shelf feels solid and looks good. The reason for the low recall is on the top shelf. The top shelf design is terrible. The screw is closer to the bottom of the shelf and right after installation I noticed that the shelf "plays" very slightly. When very light items are placed on the shelf, it tilts about 5 degrees. In no time I see this thing pulling anchors out of the wall. Just terrible design. The instructions were incomprehensible and, frankly, a bit agonizing. Not a bad shelf, just poor execution to secure properly.
