This is the second tube of Smokin' that I have bought and also the Premio version. This helps with discoloration and still remineralizes the teeth. So, I've been using Apagard products for a year now. I started this venture because my gums were receding and I was concerned about the degradation of exposed dentin. A visit to a periodontist revealed that I needed gum surgery, which I will not tolerate. The first tube of Premio actually smoothed the surface of the enamel so well that my dentist said he was amazed at how good the teeth and gums actually looked. I use this toothbrush with very fine bristles and the places on my teeth where the enamel was rough are now filled. Japanese children are against fluoride and Apagard has prevented tooth decay with continued use. Additionally, they originally developed this formula for use in space, where the loss of gravity caused astronauts to lose tooth enamel. Those items were enough to convince me to try Apagard and I've been a fan ever since. It works for me and has prevented gum surgery, what more can I say? It also removed the sensitivity. Give yourself time and save a lot of dental costs!
