We have a Promaster that we have converted into a coach. We didn't want to mess with water tanks (insulation etc) so we used portable water tanks and bought this portable toilet. Here's our experience: Pros: - Compact size but still adequate in size (I'm 5ft 3in, my husband is 6ft 1in). Maybe someday we'll build a little platform to raise the pot a bit. - Decent seat size - Not too heavy to move around (e.g. filling with water, emptying the lower tank) - Fairly easy to empty and clean the lower tank - No odor detected - although we did use tank deodorant and only used the pot for this #1) Cons: - During shipping the bottom tank connection must have loosened due to bumps on our ride - which was trail riding only. This resulted in a rather dirty puddle of blue water from the pot seeping onto the floor. I'm not sure if an issue like this can really be blamed on the design, but it was an ugly mess. After that, we checked regularly and made sure everything was securely fastened. — There are vibrations while driving — even on the smoothest roads. With the chemical in the tank, this can lead to a slight increase in pressure. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. After using the potty and reaching down to pull the handle to flush, the pressure building up in the lower tank caused a pleasant geyser of water, urine, and blue substance to squirt all over me. Not cool - and fuuuu! After that, we carefully and very slowly let go of the flush handle, always flushing with the cap down. Again, I'm not entirely sure I can blame the design for this as I think it could happen to other models as well. Another tip: you'll need to find a way to protect this if you're using it as a road trip. Toilet. It's not heavy enough to stay in place on its own, especially when taking a tight turn or driving on a bumpy or winding road. Hope that helps!
