I ordered the first one back in May. Shortly thereafter, my printer started making strange noises. I ignored it as best I could, but eventually got to the point where it was uncomfortable. I asked my IT specialist (aka son) about it. He said that sometimes the cartridge can make that squeaking and grinding noise. He suggested I replace the cartridge, which I did despite it being so new. Got a second one today and after a few sheets of paper the noise is gone. The price is right, of course, but I would like more confidence in the quality.
