Average purchase, there are some things to complain about.

My problem is that I can't adapt to the pace of price growth in 2022. More recently, mid-range headphones and headsets were sold in the price range of 7000-9000 if we talk about popular brands. It's time to realize that despite the collapse of the and taking into account real inflation rates, 7000-9000 is a high-quality, but budget segment. Something worth mid-level now costs from 13,000. In our time of online electronics stores, choosing headphones that will bring pleasure is a difficult task. Sennheiser headphones with reference sound lie at home, but in terms of ergonomics and comfort, this is just an instrument of torture of the Inquisition. The promoted brand and conditional characteristics do not guarantee you a sense of satisfaction from the purchase. HyperX has some very decent headsets, but not this one.

Pros
  • The build quality is impeccable, no squeaks when turning and tilting the head. Light weight. Soft, deep, breathable fabric ear cushions. Comfortable fit on the head, no pressure and discomfort. Connection without wires and dreary installation of drivers.
Cons
  • The main drawback of the headset is the sound. The sound is inexpressive, flat, a dip in the middle, a cutting sound of high frequencies. It feels like listening to the sound of headphones hanging around your neck, only loudly. In 7.1 surround sound, things sound even worse. The proprietary utility does not have any settings and functions other than the ability to turn on 7.1 sound, there is not even an equalizer. I understood that in music it was not worth expecting at least some high-quality sound from a gaming headset, but to my surprise, this headset could not demonstrate the advantages in games either.
