Review on nMetric Smarter Scheduling by James Gregg

The system is easy enough that anyone can pick it up quickly, so there are no barriers of entry into our workforce or other departments within my organization! I think their support team could communicate better with clients without having an interpreter in-house which helps out immensely when dealing across time zones/distance away from your customer base (and vice versa). Also love how quick they respond if issues arise - just great service all around!! Highly recommend using them as long term solution vs another 3rd party provider due diligence process because even though we have been doing this since 2016 now; time has moved faster than anticipated especially given what technology allows nowadays like being able use video chat remotely instead meeting face 2face via phone calls etc :) I like that it is very flexible, and can be easily customized to meet our needs. The program is easy to use, and has a friendly user interface. We are able to schedule production with a lot of flexibility. There is nothing that I don't like about this software. It's a great platform for us to use, but more importantly, it's a great tool for our customers. This allows us to provide them with accurate forecasting, and helps them plan their supply chain in an efficient way.
