The customer support was excellent - they were always willing to help as I had questions or issues with my implementation of syncrhon ERP system which included customizations we needed for our business processes. We did not have any major problems when using this product but there are some minor things that can be improved in future releases. It's very functional with many options to make it easier for our business needs. The system does work well but has some areas that could be improved upon such as user friendly interface across all platforms (mobile phones in particular). Overall though we are happy with how easy they have made using this product from home which allows us more time at our businesses office. The best part of this software is that it allows you to manage all your business activities in one place and access them from any device anywhere in the world. I like the dashboard view which gives me an overview of my business. It also has some good features such as the ability to customize reports and filters for better management. I dislike that sometimes there are errors when using the software. Sometimes the application freezes or crashes. I would recommend this product if you want to have
