Review on Synchro ERP by Michael Welborn

The customer support was excellent - they were always willing to help as I had questions or issues with my implementation of syncrhon ERP system which included customizations we needed for our business processes. We did not have any major problems when using this product but there are some minor things that can be improved in future releases. It helped us manage all aspects of our production operations including inventory management and manufacturing process control across multiple facilities. I like that it gives me all of my information in one place, and that it lets me access it from any device, anywhere! It's also really easy to use and customize. The customer service can be a bit slow to respond but overall it's been a good experience. We're able to see our entire inventory at one time and keep track of all of our sales and purchases.
