The system was easy to use when I first started using it over 10 yrs ago! We had some problems with our previous version but they were resolved quickly once we upgraded which made us feel very comfortable again working within this program since then!! I like how easy it was to use; however, there are some features i do not utilize as often (or ever) such as batching or scheduling functions. It would be helpful if they added these additional functionalities because its very time consuming doing things manually. The platform itself works well enough but we need better reporting capabilities which this does support with their mobile app. This product helps us manage our production schedule/batch planning. I am using it to schedule our production shifts with my employees so they don't have to come into work early or late which makes scheduling easier when we need them too! It's difficult sometimes because there are multiple options you can choose instead of just choosing one option to finish an action like entering data but once its set up properly it works great.
