Better than I expected
I wore this thermal underwear with rain pants on a whale-watching trip in Alaska. Stretchy enough yet strong, the wonderfully soft fabric was thick enough for warmth, yet slick enough so the rain pants did not stick to them or bind in any way. According to the size chart I was between a large and X-large, but I ordered a large as recommended by Best Buy and they fit beautifully. So comfortable I look forward to wearing them again during midwest winter.
