I've had this for about a month and use it in my van, bedroom and waiting room where someone has had severe pain. (luckily it was in my purse) it's very quiet (the stinky guy didn't even hear it) the battery lasts at least a few hours. Mostly I use from the network. The smell performance is excellent. Scents a bedroom or caravan in minutes. The reviews complain about the lack of smell. That depends on the oils used. I use pure pharmaceutical grade oils and a few drops on a pad is too strong. Cheap oils are usually already diluted, which greatly reduces the aroma yield. I've also used Yankee scented candle oil and it works as well or better than a real candle. The other I've used is a few drops from an air wick plug into a warm bandage. It also smelled divine. The machine itself is a good buy and your experience will depend on what you choose. The only thing I would like to know is where to buy the original cut out replacement pads.
