Looks like a good cover. I just installed it inside out yesterday, and today I had to take it off and install it properly. I read a few other reviews that said attaching the lid was confusing. I noticed there was a label on the front and wrongly assumed the company had read the reviews and fixed some errors. Not so lucky. The instructions are actually wrong as you have to flip the cover over after unrolling it on the roof of your RV. It's a lot easier if you find this before you put the case on and then realize that all the ties are in there. I also tried calling customer service and was put in a phone tree with no one to speak to. When I tried to call the operator I got a record saying it was after hours which it wasn't and then he hung up. I hope I don't have to call them about other problems. I liked the puck for throwing the straps under the RV. I also liked the fact that they give you a repair kit which is very good. This is my first RV cover and I hope it will be my last!
