Fashionable as MINTLIMIT's apparel, footwear, and jewelry may be, the quality leaves much to be desired. Customers have complained about sizing, durability, and general quality. It's obvious that MINTLIMIT values appearance over functionality, which is why their customers are often left dissatisfied. Worse so, their support for customers is subpar. Returning or exchanging an item is an ordeal fraught with long wait periods and unhelpful responses. It's obvious that neither MINTLIMIT nor its consumers care much about their happiness. As a product manager, I am unable to endorse MINTLIMIT as a dependable service for your clothing needs. There are plenty of other online retailers who provide superior goods, support, and pricing. Don't go through the trouble, and go elsewhere.
