The computer was completely dirty. It wasn't updated at all. I had to vacuum the dust out of the tower myself. It doesn't load immediately. I had to fix it myself. As soon as I got it to boot, it randomly disconnected and restarted on its own. A complete waste of time. I wouldn't buy from BAP Technology LLC, they didn't do a very good job of updating the Revain guaranteed up to date computer. I had to return it. The seller still hasn't refunded my money! Stay away! My wife just got me a computer updated by My Technology Geeks and it looks and works great! I will definitely buy from them again. Look for updated Revain computers! They have great customer service and Shubham was quick to help me!
