Several serious flaws.

Honestly, if you're considering this laptop, you've already considered the Galaxy Chromebook and the Asus C434. I also. I chose this one because it had better battery life than the Galaxy Chromebook and more power than the C434 with comparable battery life. BUT! With a premium price tag, you can have high expectations, and it falls short of three key aspects. I use my Chromebook to run an ecommerce business. Now that it's all over, let's get down to business.1. The battery life is far from what

I like it a lot.: 2 in 1 laptops

Having always used "Windows" so I'm brand new to Chromebooks this is definitely a learning curve. I feel limited as I have only ever used Microsoft type computers and age may slow down my learning speed. I will try to update this review over time. My old laptop was very slow and I was looking for something different and faster. First impressions after 1 week of using the Chromebook: - It's FAST. Pages load very fast! All my data and settings from my old computer were easily migrated thanks to…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • band

I wish I could give this device a higher rating because I love a good Chromebook. But apart from the normal battery performance, the magnesium alloy seems to have a rather flimsy composition. After just three days, I see scratches on the surface that make it look like a cheap plastic variant. Especially in the beginning I think you tend to be gentler with the device but the alloy or maybe its coating feels too soft making it super sensitive. Most importantly, has anyone else experienced random…

Fewer ports, much dimmer screen, harder-to-read keyboard, over $434. :(

Note: I bought this Asus Flip c436 with my own $$$. Years ago I bought my first Chromebook, Flip c302, when my son started homeschooling. I have these Loved the machine so much that When I decided to buy a Chromebook, I chose the Flip c434 in February 2020. I liked this device so much that I was sad to hold it in my hands. This is my daughter when she started school last month. But - this gave me the perfect excuse to upgrade and I bought a flip c436. A few weeks later. I don't really regret…

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Brief Instructions

I liked this machine. I recommended my girlfriend to buy it for virtual educational purposes; it should be able to annotate documents using the touch screen. I have other Asus products that work fine. Unfortunately, this is not enough for using the touchscreen. The main reason is that the touchscreen is totally unsuitable for data entry. We tried 6 different types of stylus; The only input that was generally consistent was using your finger, and that's not a viable solution for precise input…
