Gotta go on a diet. This is the main problem of the adapter that just surprised us when we saw it in 2018. Even if we've already been through it. I have photos of people, only the original Apple cable fits. MacBook Airs and MacBooks are known to require an adapter to get ports it doesn't come with and if you do, it won't fit. The competitor's brand is suitable for any other application, but this one is not suitable. and USB-C is very small, why does that end have to be so far away? These are things you will never know until you buy it. And that unfortunately makes it useless in all practical cases if you are using a Mac laptop. But I'm giving 4 out of 5 very generously, just fix it folks and it will work as you would expect. One picture shows it works with Apple cables, another picture shows it will not fit when using other small power cables, another similar adapter works fine with other cables. The photos must be in this order. The top connector on the photos is always for power, on my photos the bottom connector is for the adapter.
