Wireless car charger works very well but I have quality issues with some parts. The adjustable plastic foot on the bottom didn't stay in place - something inside the unit was broken so every time a phone was placed in the unit it just fell to its lowest position. I contacted Andobil support and they promptly sent a brand new device. Next, I pulled the vent clamp and broke it. I contacted support again and they immediately sent me not one but two replacement bleeder clamps - one screw and one with a pressure clamp. All replacement parts were provided at no additional cost to me. The only other issue I had was the power cord falling out as mentioned in other reviews. I tried to bend the vessel but refused for fear of damaging it. My solution, which has worked well, is to simply "tie" the power cord to the device with a rubber band. difficult to see in broad daylight. My Galaxy S10 sitting on my dashboard tends to overheat on hot summer days and alternately pauses/starts charging, which is annoying but phone-related. I have an Otterbox Defender Series screenless case that doesn't seem to be preventing this device from wireless charging. Sometimes it charges fast and sometimes it doesn't, but I see it with other chargers. Overall, this Andobil is a good wireless charging option.
