Inner heel collapsed after 3 months of wearing!

I bought these in November for my 11 year old son for the winter. After only 3 months of casual outdoor wear (right after the boots return period) the heel on the inside of one boot has caved in and his foot is in contact with the boot's hard plastic sole, which is painful. wear. Now I have to replace my 3 month old boots because they are no longer usable. Very dissatisfied!
